Twenty years of coaching, and she still starts with the basics.
Bryn has over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, driven by coaching and by getting people to a better place physically. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University, where she played and assisted in coaching the Women's Rugby team. Before that she played Division I soccer at the University of Utah and earned Academic All-Conference honors.
She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and she is also certified with Original Strength. Her focus is functional training, muscular balance, postural correction, and weight management. She works with clients of all abilities on health, strength, and functional movement, so that the training carries over to life outside the gym.
