Every body moves differently. Every plan should say so.

At Dynamic Performance and Therapy, the mission is to help people reach their full potential through individualized training plans. Programming is written to your goals, your movement patterns and your life, whether the goal is athletic performance, functional strength, better mobility, or getting back to training after an injury. Injury prevention runs through all of it, because a client who cannot train is not making progress.

Our trainers bring experience across sport performance, functional movement, strength and conditioning, and recovery, which is why the roster runs from people returning after a long layoff to athletes chasing an edge. Sessions are 60 minutes. An individual session is $115, with packages at $450 for four, $880 for eight and $1,584 for sixteen. A couples session is $170, with packages at $1,280 for eight and $2,240 for sixteen.

What sits behind every program we write.

Four things we hold ourselves to, on every client, in every session.

Train Safely

Injury prevention is built into the programming, and clients coming back from an injury are progressed carefully rather than pushed.

Trainers With Range

Backgrounds across strength and conditioning, athletic performance, mobility and recovery, so you get matched to the right person.

Methods With Evidence Behind Them

Proven training principles and current research, not whatever is trending this quarter.

Measurement, Not Guesswork

VALD force plates measure strength, power, balance and asymmetry, so the program targets what the data actually shows.
