Physical Therapist Jobs in Cottonwood Heights

For licensed physical therapists who want the whole appointment with the patient, not the first ten minutes of it.

A small clinic standing up against the industry standard.

You already know the other version of this job. Three patients on the clock, a printed exercise sheet, and an aide running the second half of every visit while you chart. That is the model Dynamic Physical Therapy was opened in 2015 to avoid, and it is still the reason we are here.

Here you take the evaluation, you build the plan, and you stay in the room. No aides. No handing your patient off. The caseload is smaller because the appointments are whole, and the people you work next to are the kind who still enjoy the job. In 2024 the Utah Physical Therapy Association named this clinic PT Clinic of the Year.

Years matter less than what you want the job to be.

If you are happiest with one patient in front of you and enough time to actually solve the problem, we should talk.

What the schedule looks like.

You Take The Evaluation

First visits run about an hour and they start with the history, not the table. You are the one asking the questions, and you are the one who hears the answers.

You Keep The Patient

Follow-ups run about 45 minutes and you are in the room for all of it. Same therapist, same patient, evaluation through discharge. Nobody hands anyone off.

You Build The Plan

Your evaluation drives the program: reduce the pain, prevent the recurrence, prime the tissue, then perform. It is your clinical reasoning, not a protocol handed down to you.

Clinical skill is the thing we spend money on.

A clinic that does not develop its therapists ends up needing aides. We would rather develop the therapists.

Monthly Clinical Education

Every clinician meets monthly for teaching sessions: joint mobilizations, neurodynamics, exercise progression and regression, blood flow restriction. Ask your other interviews whether they meet at all.

People Who Teach For A Living

The clinic owner has instructed over 75 continuing education courses, has taught trigger point dry needling since 2009, and holds a Titleist Performance Institute Medical Level 3 certification. That expertise is in the building, not on a conference schedule.

Equipment You Will Actually Use

AlterG anti-gravity treadmill, VALD force plate testing, shockwave, blood flow restriction, and a multi-cervical unit for neck rehab. Tools most clinics talk about and do not own.

Ongoing Development

We invest in mindset, skillset and networking development throughout the year, and every provider has access to continuing education and career development.
