She went and got the strength certification too.
Bridget grew up in Breckenridge, Colorado, then moved to Lake Tahoe for college, where she was an active member of the Freeski team. She relocated to Salt Lake City to attend the University of Utah and earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Orthopedic conditions are where her interest sits, and she builds the plan around the patient rather than the diagnosis. She went after the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential for one reason: to write better exercise prescriptions for the people in front of her. She keeps current with treatment techniques on purpose, and she believes in an active life enough to spend her working hours giving people theirs back.
The plan is built for you, not copied.
Listen First
Your first visit runs about an hour, and it starts with the story, not the table. What you did, when it changed, and what you have stopped doing since.
Find the Cause
Hands-on assessment and objective testing. The place that hurts is often not the place that failed, and telling the difference is what the full appointment is for.
Prescribe the Work
Reduce the pain, prevent the recurrence, prime the tissue, then perform. This is where the CSCS earns its keep: right load, right progression, checked every visit.
What her patients say.
"I have been going to Dynamic Physical for over a year. I'm above the knee amputee and for the last month and a half I have been working with Bridget."Shannon W. · Google Review
