Orthopedics and pelvic health, in the same plan.
Maddie graduated from the University of Delaware in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Disability Studies. She continued at Duke University, where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2022. She is originally from Connecticut and relocated to Salt Lake City in 2025, chasing the outdoors.
Her background is deliberately broad: outpatient orthopedics, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation. On top of treating orthopedic conditions she has training in pelvic floor physical therapy and holds a Perinatal Health Specialist Certification. She works with patients across the lifespan, building research informed, individualized care plans, with a particular interest in pelvic health.
Research informed. Built for you, not for the diagnosis code.
Listen First
Your first visit runs about an hour and starts with the story. Pelvic health in particular deserves an unhurried conversation, so that comes before anything else.
Find the Cause
Hands-on assessment and objective testing. The place that hurts is often not the place that failed, and telling the difference is what the full appointment is for.
Build the Plan Around Your Goal
Reduce the pain, prevent the recurrence, prime the tissue, then perform. Maddie is in the room for all of it, and the plan is written around what you want back.
What her patients say.
