I am so lucky to have found Dynamic PT. They came highly recommended from a neighbor and I plan on sticking with Matt and the team for any PT needs. Each session Matt takes time to check in on how I am doing, answers all of my questions, provides explanations for any treatments and exercises, and spends a lot of time working with me. He is very knowledgeable and has given me great questions and suggestions to discuss with my primary doctor as well. The front office is very easy to work with for any questions and scheduling needs, and their online scheduler is very to easy to use as well. Thank you to Matt and the entire Dynamic PT team!

I was referred to Dynamic Physical Therapy for a lower back injury. Ariel Branden was my physical therapist and she was excellent! My objective was to get back to where I was pre-injury but I was ready to make some concessions with how I was working out. When I ran this by Ariel she challenged me and said there’s no reason you shouldn’t be able to do what you were doing pre-injury. So, she set the bar higher than I did for my rehabilitation. She did an awesome job of being informative and being able to switch paths without blinking. We tried dry needling for a couple sessions but the feedback I provided her lead her to believe other treatments would be more effective.

How Physical Therapy Improves Movement and Function

Rather than simply managing symptoms, physical therapy targets the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction. A personalized treatment plan may include:

  • Manual therapy techniques to improve joint mobility and tissue flexibility
  • Targeted exercises to build strength, balance, and coordination
  • Postural training to enhance alignment and movement patterns
  • Neuromuscular re-education to restore control and stability
  • Patient education on self-care strategies for long-term results

These evidence-based interventions promote healing, enhance mobility, and improve overall quality of life.

The Benefits of Working with a Licensed Physical Therapist

Pain Reduction and Improved Function
Hands-on manual therapy, movement-based treatments, and therapeutic exercises help relieve pain while restoring joint and muscle function. By improving strength and flexibility, physical therapy allows for more comfortable movement in daily activities.

  1. Faster Recovery from Injury or Surgery
Whether recovering from an orthopedic procedure or healing from an injury, physical therapy accelerates recovery through structured rehabilitation exercises. Personalized programs help restore range of motion, rebuild strength, and prevent setbacks.
  2. Enhanced Management of Chronic Conditions
Chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis, sciatica, and spinal disorders can be better managed with targeted exercises and movement strategies. Physical therapy helps reduce stiffness, improve endurance, and maintain overall mobility.
  3. Balance and Fall Prevention
For individuals at risk of falls, physical therapy includes balance training and coordination exercises. Therapists also provide guidance on safe movement strategies, assistive devices, and home modifications to improve stability.
  4. Posture and Movement Correction
Poor posture and improper movement patterns can contribute to pain and discomfort. Physical therapists assess alignment and teach corrective exercises to improve body mechanics, reducing strain on muscles and joints.
